James is a professional engineer with project development experience in construction, financing, engineering design, operations, and commissioning in EPC, Owner’s and Lender's Engineer, Owner/Operator and Developer roles. James has managed projects with procurements in excess of 1.8 Billion US dollars. As Senior Director, James is a strong communicator, who maintains focus on safety and environment through development, design, construction, and operation. James has had a local presence in Asia since the late 90s with International Market leaders, such as Bechtel, WorleyParsons, Lanco International and Aboitiz Power.
Eric has over 20 years’ experience in the Asian energy sector with a demonstrated track record in strategic assessment, identifying market opportunities, managing and executing large, complex infrastructure transactions. He has lead the development of two of the largest IPP projects in Asia, negotiated EPC agreements worth in excess of US$8 billion, and successfully closed non-recourse financings of over US$2 billion. Eric previously held leadership positions with Sumitomo, GDF Suez, One Energy, BLCP and El Paso.
KC has over 35 years of finance IT and operational experience with considerable expertise in business transformation, compliance and risk management, stakeholder management and leadership. He has worked in various senior finance positions in the IT (NCR), FMCG (San Miguel, Societe BIC and Fonterra) and energy industries (El Paso and Tyco/Pentair) and has FP&A, controllership and project management roles at the country, regional and corporate levels in Malaysia, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. He has considerable experience in start up operations in Asia and has setup, merged, integrate and liquidated companies in offices across Asia. KC is a fellow member of ACCA (UK) , a member of the Singapore (ISCA) and the Malaysia (MIA) professional accountancy body.
Erik has over 25 years’ experience mainly gained across Southeast Asia in relation to development, construction, financing, management, design, engineering, operations, and commissioning of energy infrastructure facilities. He has managed projects with procurements in excess of US$100 million with direct control of services greater than US$5 million. He holds a Bachelors in Marine Engineering and is a Professional Engineer. He is also ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 certified.
Wilfredo has over 15 years’ relevant experience and has been involved in all aspects of project development including planning, preparation, acquisition, divestment for various energy and infrastructure projects, including leading the development of the $1.2 billion RP Energy project and its eventual acquisition by Meralco PowerGen and the $925 million Therma Visayas project which recently achieved financial close. Wilfredo previously held leadership roles at various development firms, including President and CEO of a Philippine National Oil Company subsidiary and Vice President of Aboitiz Power. He holds a Juris Doctor in law from Ateneo Law School.
Tien has more than 10 years of experience in finance and investment industry in Vietnam focused on green-field development, debt financing, advisory and market entry strategy covering infrastructure and renewable resources sectors. He had been advising regional financial institutions in originating, executing and developing infrastructure projects in Vietnam. Prior to Infunde Development, he served as the Head of Renewables of Mekong Renewable Resources Fund (MRRF) as well as managed the first infrastructure focused fund in Vietnam. He obtained a master's degree in Finance and Accounting at Macquarie University in Australia.
Sovathara has over 16 years’ experience in conducting value chain analyses, market analyses, and designing a business partnership based co-investment principle with a range of agricultural companies in Cambodia. He holds a Master of Public Management from Ecole de National Administration in France, Master of Entrepreneurship, Project Management and Management Innovation from Lion 2 and Lille University in France. He previously held leadership roles in Cambodia at Marie Stopes International, Rosewood, and Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain Program.
Rémi has over 12 years experience in hydropower project development in South East Asia with a demonstrated track record of project management at all stages of the hydropower development cycle, from exploration, to construction. He successfully developed the first 100% private hydropower project in communist Laos, Nam Nhone HPP. Serving as country manager for several utilities, he managed the project development of over 300MW of small and medium-size hydropower projects in Lao PDR. He is bilingual in French and English, proficient in Russian and Laotian. Rémi holds a Master in Business Engineering from Grenoble University.
Sophorn has over 12 years of combined experience in commercial banking focusing on credit assessment and business performance analysis; corporate finance services in the area of valuation, financing strategy and capital structure; infrastructure (water and electricity) investment projects; and horticulture business portfolio management and supply chain finance. Prior to joining Infunde, she had worked with the World Bank Group, ANZ Royal Bank, the Palladium Group, and USAID funded program. Sophorn holds a BBA in Finance and Banking from the National University of Management, Cambodia and a Master of Finance from the University of Western Sydney, Australia.
Nanda has over 12 years’ experience working on social aspects of development projects including resettlement, livelihood restoration, and impacts to indigenous people. She holds a Master of Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Political Science and Latin America Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a social expert on resettlement on the Australian Government’s International Advisory Panel and previously worked for Asian Development Bank, World Bank, and Tina River Hydropower.
Linh has been working in audit and finance advisory for 9 years, including 7 years in Big4. She has extensive experience in M&A transactions over a wide spectrum of industries in Vietnam, focusing on infrastructure, logistic, real estate, retail. Her main advisory roles include advising on financial due diligence and valuation for M&A purpose. Linh also has experience in one of Real Estate and Construction Group in Vietnam where she was in charge of financial control, reporting and corporate finance projects. Linh is currently a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA-Vietnam) and holds Bachelor of External Economics from Foreign Trade University of Vietnam.
Trinh has nearly 5 years of experience in the investment industry in Vietnam focused on renewable resources including renewable energy & energy efficiency, sustainable forestry and plantation, and environmental services. Prior to Infunde Development, she served as Investment Officer for Indochina Infrastructure Management. She holds a master’s degree in finance at the University of Houston Clear Lake in the United States.
Darwin has experience in business development, financial modeling and regulatory works for renewable energy projects. Prior to joining Infunde, he worked in a commercial bank under corporate banking group to evaluate corporate loan applications. He also worked in a renewable energy company that successfully completed around 70MWp solar power projects under power purchase agreement, turnkey or feed-in-tariff scheme. He graduated from University of the Philippines College of Business Administration with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration from De La Salle University College of Business.
Ann Nee joined Infunde in 2015 as an analyst. She has participated in project development advisory and due diligence engagements as well as in development of operating data sets for generating companies based in Singapore. She is fluent in bilingual English-Chinese. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Institute of Management
Before joining Infunde, Fah has worked with EACP, a boutique investment banking firm in Bangkok for three years in project finance, mergers and acquisitions advisory, high yield, and leveraged finance, debt restructuring advisory with a combined deal value US$ 9 billion. Another year with K2-VC, a venture capital firm in Bangkok, seeking and scanning new investment opportunities focuses on early-stage technology companies to develop. With extensive experience in cross-border private equity investments, divestments and joint venture opportunities focus on distressed assets, structured lending, and other special situations.</p> <p>Fah holds a bachelor of business administration from the International College of Burapha University, concentrating in finance and earning a Summa Cum Laude.
Michelle has cross-industries administrative experience. She has joined Infunde Development to provide support in Administrative and Finance matters. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. She holds a Bachelor in Finance from Singapore University of Social Science.
Irene is an administrative and marketing specialist who has experience in lead generation, email marketing, data analysis, project management, content marketing, social media management and customer service orientation. She is proficient in English and Filipino as her native language. Irene holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from San Beda College, Alabang.
Mary is skilled in data preparation and tracking, schedule management, report consolidation, email handling, research, and customer service. She has joined Infunde Development to provide support in Finance and Procurement services. Fluent in both English and Filipino. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences at Miriam College.
